We offer DEI learning opportunities and resources to help students, faculty, and staff build awareness, develop inclusive skills, and create a sense of belonging across our community.

Staff DEI Learning
Faculty and staff take part in DEI workshops and development programs that promote inclusive practices. New employees are also introduced to VinUni’s DEI values during orientation.
Student DEI Learning
Students explore DEI topics through workshops, peer activities, and learning materials that foster empathy, respect, and personal development.
